Micah Riley
In the real estate industry since 2004 and a business graduate of Kent State University, Micah has been involved with almost every aspect of the real estate industry. His experience consists of heading a successful real estate investing company, leading escrow and title operations of a real estate settlement company, being in the top 2% of real estate agents nationwide as a sales agent, becoming a licensed real estate broker in 2014, directing the recruiting efforts of a US top 50 brokerage, and now the President of one of the fasting growing Title Companies in the Midwest. His success is driven from a passion and desire to see innovation and change in the real estate industry.
His Motivation for Creating Easy Earnest:
“I knew years ago that the earnest money process as it related to real estate was the only part of the transaction that had yet to catch up to technology. I remember thinking “I can purchase cat food with one click and it arrives at my front door within 24 hours, so why are we still driving around wasting time and money tracking down paper checks?” I knew that we could create a solution to that problem that not only provided convenience and a high level of compliance with the Division of Real Estate for the Real Estate Agent and Broker, but also a level of security and speed that we hadn’t seen before with Earnest Money deposits.”
Andy Camp
Growing up around the real estate industry his entire life, it was natural for Andy to choose the one industry more difficult than real estate…the restaurant industry. However, after owning and operating a successful Microbrewery and Bistro, he sold his restaurant and joined Cutler Real Estate in 2001 .
First, as Recruiting Coordinator, he helped the branch managers of Cutler Real Estate achieve the companies recruiting goals by facilitating and coaching them to a higher performance. Since 2001 Cutler Real Estate has grown to become a top 50 national real estate brokerage. More importantly, the company has taken a business oriented approach to recruiting, creating a hiring process focused on profitability.
After leading several branches as a branch manager Andy was named Regional Manager and led Cutler Real Estate through a comprehensive business and brand overhaul that has led to continued growth and profitability. Today, as President of Cutler Real Estate, he continue to oversee the growth and Development Company-wide.
His Motivation for Creating Easy Earnest:
“Over the years we have worked hard to create a great consumer experience during a real estate transaction. We have implemented paperless transactions and introduced electronic signatures to create speed and convenience for Realtors and their clients. As we continued to refine a seamless electronic transaction it all came to a grinding halt with the cumbersome, old fashioned way Earnest Money is handled. So we set out to fix that. In today's socially distanced environment Easy Earnest gives clients a way to deposit their earnest money safely and securely wherever they are most comfortable. No paper checks, no driving across town, no inconvenience.”
